1. HR call, just to check if my profile would make a fit with what they were looking for.
2. Interview with person currently at the position, where he asked me a few simple questions about designing products and my experience.
3. Interview with Engineering VP and team, where they told me a bit more about the work and made sure I was interested in this particular kind of work.
They were alway friendly and there was not STAR or any tricky question. It was a good conversation only.
