I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (North East) in Jul 2023
Interview
3 rounds - first technical round of javascript, typescripts, oops, nodejs, sql, nosql, coding questions, scheduled for 1.5 hours but extended for more than 2.5 hrs. Second round again same topics, scheduled for 1.5hrs extended to 2 hrs, and the third managerial round. After the second round got a call from HR saying I have cleared all rounds and submit your documents and will process it for an offer letter. 5 minutes after the managerial round, HR asked for a few more documents saying will release the offer on the same day. Didn't get any mail after that so I called HR next day. He mentioned he will send it by tomorrow and the next day I got a text saying the project got on hold.
