First interview was a generic one. I stated I have more experience in AWS, but position was for multi-cloud and more focused on Azure. Next step was technical interview.
It turned out to be 90% for AWS with a little bit of simple programming exercise, which was a mismatch from job offer. Moreover, the interviewer was given the task on last minute and was taken home for his vacation. I don't think he understood that I'm nor recruited for 100% AWS position and I don't have highest-level certificate-level knowledge.
I got feedback that it was nice, but it's not on lead but only senior level, so the proposed salary is way lower. Recruitment was never for lead level, and I was very upfront that I'm not an AWS engineer (but still fitting into cloud-native job description).
