Interview
Multi stage process consisting of phone interviews, video interviews, role playing case studies and then final interview stage. I have to admit the video interview questions caught me off guard as they were not necessarily about my experience but about my personality. The role playing case study I had to do was tough and EPMA had 4 people in the room participating in mine and they didn't make it easy but it was fun. Took around 8 weeks until I got an offer.
