This company seemed like a great fit for me, with my background in commercial cleaning. I thought it would be a wonderful place to work, but I will never know.
First, I would receive a text asking if I would like to set up an interview, but would receive a reply for days to weeks.
Secondly, once I received an interview date (finally!), I drove 30 minutes to meet the hiring manager, but he cancelled our meeting without letting me know prior to my arrival. He asked to reschedule for the following day, stating he would meet me outside of the building.
After speaking with several people, who agreed that was quite unprofessional, I decided this job would not be the best place for me.
I am a junior in college, study Business Administration, and even I know, that this is not the way to treat prospective employees.
My advice to corporate:
Require more credentials, or more training for hiring mangers and recruiters.
This seems like a great place to work in some areas, however, in my area, there is a lack of professionalism, and accountability
