ESCG interview questions

Sufficient for purpose in terms of an interview. The interview was initially nerving, had 3 members of staff present but was made to feel comfortable. The interview was fairly standard in its context. The scoring system the college use looks to be difficult to transcribe to industry professionals who have not taught before.
