I interviewed for an auto mation team role. The interview was very straight forward. I interviewed with two members of the team who had been working there for 7 and 10+ years at the company which I thought was promising. The company boasted about how many people loved to work there. Ultimately, it wasn't a good fit as I was relatively new to the industry and lacked understanding of key aspects of the role, which was more senior, and felt that the learning curve would be too much. Since I was just looking around, I didn't mind. I will mention that this interview took place before ESD was acquired by a much larger company called Stantec, so things may be different now.
