ESFM interview questions

I had to take a personality test and submit video responses during their applicant process. It was tedious, but Brian K from there + Compass Group contacted me and we had a phone interview. I then had a video interview a few days later with him and Desiree W Kiewit, where it was stated that our next meeting will be that week on Friday, and the time TBD. I thanked them both the next day for meeting witn me and received no response. Nothing also on Wednesday. On Thursday night, I emailed them to say I was rescinding my interest. Hiring managers who do not have the courtesy or regard to follow through with what they say to applicaticants are time-wasters and indicators of poor leadership. Now I see that they made a new posting for that position directly on their website as of today. What a joke.
