Interview
Easy group interview (not a formal, traditional interview). It was only a few hours and it was mainly an informational meeting. We were told what the job entails (briefly) and how to continue the process of becoming hired (e.g. which documents to submit, etc).
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ESS (Butler, PA)

The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.

Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
