I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ESS (Medford, NJ) in Sept 2015
Interview
First email, then phone call to set up interview. Met with district head that was hiring through Mission One. It was very informal and I was hired on the spot. She said it was mostly a formality.
