Very quick and easy. It was like I was talking to a friend. Very friendly and not at all intimidating. The interview process is quick and painless. Will ask questions on how you think you would be a good fit for the position or if you have any relevant experience but it’s not necessary if you don’t.

The interview was a group interview, more of an informational session then a interview. To tell you about the expectation of the role. It was an introduction to Source 4 Teachers/ MissionOne company.
