Interview
While the initial interactions were pleasant, I found the interview process to be inefficient. After completing a design assessment, I was asked to provide revisions—even after receiving feedback that the initial work matched the brand's aesthetic perfectly. Ultimately, it felt like an excessive amount of free labor for a candidate, and I would have appreciated more respect for the time invested in their specific 'test' projects.
It was great was about to talk about my past work experience and to show my creative side by doing a few Instagram story ads. I sadly didn't get an offer but it was nice to get to interview with someone and go through that process!

Not hard very easy but had to talk about previous employers and is a very small company so not a lot of opportunity when applying, better off in a bigger beauty company
