Went through a contracting agency. Interviewed with them first and was submitted for the position. I interviewed in person with a peer and a director in a small office setting. The area was full of cubicles and the offices along the outside had windows. Quiet office setting. They took turns asking questions about my experience and explaining the plans for the team they were trying to build.
