Wonderful interview experience with HR coaching every step of the way. I was always clear on expectations, next steps, and feedback. By far my best interview experience to date. It felt like they were interviewing/eager to bring me on as much as I was to join the organization.

Question 1
Experience in both pharma and agency background, leadership/ management style.
Recruiter reached out to talk about the role, and the next step would have been to talk to the team. Recruiter was responsive and I heard back from her quickly.
3+ weeks interviewing with random folks, no clear follow ups or open lines of communication with recruiters. Felt strung along until the very end of the process where I had to follow up.
