Interview
Spoke to a couple people, they asked me some questions about how I would troubleshoot specific issues. I spoke to the Customer Service manager and the technical support Manager and the phone and in-person interview was pretty average.

If you got an issue with a customer who sees artifacting on the screen, how would you go about troubleshooting this?

Interview
It was a simple process with 2 tiers. I interviewed with the Supervisor then the Director. The questions they asked were more about experiences with technology. The interview was very short and straight to the point.
