Interview
Got an initial call from HR to book interview date and time. The interview was around 1 hour and involved to be manager and HR. I thought it would be technical but it was purely behavioural questions such as describe a failure you had at work, how would you reolve conflict and some other behavioural questions (competency based questions). If cleared there will be a on-site interview with the team. However, there was no communication from them after this despite sending an email asking for feedback. Overall very unprofessional from a company of this scale.

Interview process was quick and interesting.
I had 4 stages:
- Initial Call
- HR Assessment (behavioral)
- Quick technical
- On-site technical with multiple people (about 2 hours)
Overall interview was interesting and onsite part included a small tour around an office as well as in-depth description on how company works and what they do.
