Interview
The typical interview process begins with a Recruiter Screen to verify your basic qualifications and salary expectations. This is followed by a Hiring Manager Interview to assess your specific technical skills and relevant experience.
Next, you move to a Final Loop or "Onsite," which involves multiple interviews with potential teammates to evaluate culture fit and problem-solving abilities. Finally, if successful, you reach the Offer Stage, where the company conducts background checks and finalizes your compensation package.
2 step process - phone call and practical component. Manager was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions with ease. The process was not difficult if you had been training a few years.
