Got a call from a senior recruiter. He was really dynamic and competent! I felt like part of the family. At first, the job look like others but my experience as candidate made me change my mind.

I have been asked to describe my professional experience so far in my career.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EXP (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2008
Interview
Began with email communication over the course of 3 weeks (initial screening phase?) followed by a few short phone interviews (final screening). Visited the offices interviewed with a potential direct-manager. Second office visit after about 2 weeks (with manager, n+2, n+3). Reviewed technical my experience and areas of expertise with the appropriate staff members. Followed by some situational analysis. As with any company, it felt as through they were looking for good fit regarding personality.

A business case involving project quality control. The question basically asked me what is the best way to monitor, test, record and report levels of quality in a service offered by the company?
