Conducted a phone interview for a position in the D.C. Metro area. Interviewers called about 5 minutes early, only one panel member asked questions, no change in vocal tone or pitch from the interviewer. Interview was shorter than expected but ended in a job offer.

Interview was conducted via cell phone; person conducting the interview was driving; conversation was very disjointed; questions ran together creating awkward responses; no response to follow-up contacts; no explanations for what happened; no thank you for time invested in interviewing
the interview was for an international position; think the company had no international experience
believe the interview could have been handled better of if communications via cell phone were difficult an alternative should have been sought; e-mail was offered as an alternative as was Skype
