Interview
Scheduled for a 20 minute call with an internal recruiter. This person never called or sent an immediate email why they didn't show.
Decided to be forgiving and give them another shot and rescheduled the interview. The joke is on me apparently because they didn't call me a second time.
For all those reading this, please beware.

Really great, thoughtful process.
First step is a few hour coding challenge, a small react app. That is followed by a short phone screen and then a 3.5 hour virtual on-site.
Everyone was super nice and forthcoming, and I felt like I got a good idea about the company / what I would be working on. They asked for references early but did not contact anyone until asking me.

Call with recruiter which was followed by a take home assignment which was followed by virtual onsite interview for 5 hours.Overall spread across a week or so.Some interviewers looks to have come unprepared.
