Pretty easy, people are helpful and like training you. Is not easy tho you gotta be good at talking to get in most of the time if it’s a busy dealership

Interview with 4 to 5 managers if they hire you they do oral drug screen and background check and ask you if you need time for the drug screen. Make sure you put your old armrests on application. If you do not when they show up on your background they disqualify you.
