Interview rounds are smooth, but BGV in the name of background verification they start Harassing you, there third party Netrika will come to your home ask with neighbors for verification and click picture of your house and I'D. They will call you ex employees to know about my feedback, that's acceptable. But they will confirm your tenure from them, I just want to understand how they will remember the exact dates for that? So it's also not justified. Their entire process is ultimately a harassment. Your appointment letter resignation mail will not tell you about your tenure, those employees who worked 2-3 years ago will remember the exact dates what a joke.. Even or then they want each and every document any declaration within 10-15 min but for confirming you regarding employment they need 2-3 days. They will take your consent in writing and before a day of joining they will say we will let you know. So they are completely wasting your time. When I was not giving them any damn about there offer the very next day they sent me email there is a gap in BGV. Really never ever recommend anyone to go over there and follow that process. They don't even read your resume clearly.

It was a fantastic learning process. Loved how encouraging the team was to new ideas. The team was very young and vibrant. Would have loved to be a part of the team.
