East Kent Colleges Group interview questions

It was a standard interview process. I submitted my CV and completed and online application form and a personal statement of suitability. This was followed by an invite to a formal, in person, interview with 2 interviewers who took turns asking questions, a lot of safeguarding focus, but nothing too challenging

There is only one interview no matter what the role, and this is face-to-face. I was met at reception and taken to a room where I was interviewed by a panel of 2 people. I was made to feel relaxed and asked questions about my experience and understanding of safeguarding. They also checked my ID. I was asked to create a short presentation a week before the interview and this was around 10 minutes. For teaching roles, there is a small teaching session. I was able to ask questions at the end of the interview and was informed when the outcome would be communicated.
