I applied online and received a phone call to schedule a Teams interview. This was a panel interview with two managers, both of whom were very friendly and approachable. The questions were standard and typical for a customer service role. I would research about the business as they will ask you questions about the goals, values etc.

Very clear on what was required. 2 panel interview Friendly staff that made me feel very welcomed . Had to prepare a presentation and do an assessment. Was able to receive feedback quite quickly .
Quick turnaround with good communication from HR teams and hiring managers. Interview was online via teams. Friendly and honest feedback given. My questions to the interviwers during the interview were well received
