The interview process is straightforward. HR asked the most common interview questions so just search it up. You need to be able to show that you're actively looking to join the company so make sure to learn the background, the culture, the core values, etc. I applied a month before, the next month I got an invite for the interview and the results for that took a while though.

Although the interview phase was efficient and clear, the subsequent lack of communication was unprofessional. After providing confidential information and payslips under the impression an offer was being finalized, I was ghosted despite several follow-ups. Seeing the role reposted shortly after my inquiries went unanswered suggests a lack of respect for candidate engagement. I believe a simple update—even a 'not proceeding' notice—is a basic professional courtesy that was missing here.
