Interview
Quite easy, just call with recruiter, online call with manager and interview in office with same manager + senior engineer. Overall it wen smoothly and i even enjoyed it. Questions were mostly about previous experience and some technical too but technical questions were just basic.

I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton (Moon Township, PA) in Jun 2017
Interview
About a week after applying, I got an email to schedule a phone screen. The call lasted less than 10 minutes. The recruiter started by asking about my qualifications and the amount of experience I had related to the various requirements. There were 10 requirements listed for the job and I met 8 of them. When she got to one I didn't have, I stated as such and noted other experience I had that was similar. At this point, she indicated that they must have that requirement met and that they would keep my resume on file. I was shocked. Nowhere on my resume was that experience noted. If it was a hard requirement, why did they even contact me? If a clarification was needed, why not do it via email instead of scheduling a call? I recovered enough to ask why I couldn't learn that since I met most of the other criteria. She gave some odd answer about being audited and them having to have all the requirements. I wasted my time and energy on this.
