Interview
I was contacted by Kelly Services and offered the position without and interview. They recited the position requirements and asked if I had met the requirements and if I wanted the position or not.

There were no interview questions. Once I completed the drug and background tests, I was advised of the address and the contact manager to report to.
2 interview sessions with multiple functional managers in each session
Reviewed resume at the beginning of the session then asked behavioral based questions and ended with open questions

Interview
After a second screening interview when going through a recruiter (the first interview was with the recruiter, the second with internal HR), both the recruiter and I were promised further contact and then both of us were dropped cold, radio silence, even after we each reached out individually.

Question 1
The screening interview with HR was more of a general experiential interview with general questions regarding past experience. There was very little specific about the position as it seemed that hiring was being done at the plant level, but screening was done at corporate (the interviewer from HR was from Pennsylvania).
Personal presentation then a panel Interview with multiple functions represented at the plant. Afterward I did a plant tour. It took most of the morning. Plenty of time for questions back to the panel.
