The interview was quick and simple. It was a very easy interview. The incumbents did not appear to have in-depth supervisory experience or knowledge. A tour of the facility was given and question was asked, what could and would you do to improve the process of what you see?

Easy enough process, position had been open for a long time and they seem to either be picky or not able to get anyone to accept an offer. Not sure I would have accepted if I got an offer

Casual interview process. 2 or 3 panel interviews. 2 on 1 and 3 on 1. Mainly asked behavioral based questions with some technical questions. Star method for answering questions. No trick questions. They try to make you feel comfortable.
