1 phone screwing interview with assistant program manager and 1 interview with a hiring manager. Overall the process was similar to other companies as in they ask behavioral questions and like to hear answers in the STAR format.

Got called by an employee for an initial screening interview and provided availability for further interview. Next stage was a 1 hour interview with a manger and someone from HR

They are very kind people and have good energy. Easy, open, and quick communication. Very clear definition of the role and had a chance to interview people in different functions.

General information, plan of future, skills related to supply chain, sales, tools, manufacturing etc.
3 rounds of interview (1 with HR, 2 with mangers, 3 with leadership team and with presentation). No technical questions. Easy to talk to and lots of questions surrounding leadership and challenges.
