Worst experience ever for senior role interviews. Cleared technical first, Manager second round. Third round of HR was clear. Then 4 tha was with group head done then was officially taken for office visit. After 2 weeks no feedback and then HR sent email on not shortlisted. Indecisive interview panel incapable of taking decisions!waste of candidates time and also imagine senior panel members wasting their time as well

There is always minimum 2 step interview process. One with hiring manager- more relevant to role, if selected, second one is with group head or factory head. For managerial roles, leadership related questions are important.

Horrible experience! I don’t know how Eaton beat their chest by self-proclaiming themselves as the most ethical company in the world. There’s not an iota of truth in this. Prospective employees, I know you may be desperate or may have genuine interest in Eaton, but please ensure if you have multiple offers, or if you have choices, please don’t think you are getting into one of the best companies. They will WASTE your time in interview.
Process consisted of three rounds: Initial screening, Technical, techno-managerial, and HR. They are unsure bunch of leaders who have no idea what they want. They will take you till the final rounds and after that, as unethical companies do, they will start doing their fav thing: GHOSTING! After wasting my 2 months, they haven’t told me anything and ghosting me everyday.
Please save yourself some peace of mind and time. Better focus on other companies.
