I've interviewed twice with them. A lot of in-depth, story based questions. I was asked to give another example of those questions that they gave. It really took a lot out of me because of how different it was from any other job interviewed I'd ever had or taken.
If you make it past the first round, then the second round is a technical interview where they give you a product and ask you to give a presentation and sell it.

Talked to a recruiter at a campus career fair and was asked to have an interview on campus three weeks later. Interview consisted of 2 back-to-back sessions that were each 30 minutes. The first was based on behavioral questions and the interviewer was super friendly and accepting. The second session was a mix of behavioral and technical questions and were asked in a more serious and intimidating tone.
