Eaton Multicultural Leadership Program interview questions

The interview process was just a back-to-back interview with two different people. There is no second step in the interview process, you'll hear back within a week or two. Questions were all behavioral. All were "Tell me about a time..." kind of questions. The interviewers offered a pre-interview dinner the night before. I went and it gave me a lot more confidence for the day of the interview.
