The interview process is fairly easy and a straight forward process! As long as you are have your real estate license, you should be okay. Everyone at Ebby is so nice & welcoming.
Welcoming and encouraged to check other with other brokers. Outline of support they offer to their realtors and aligned with seasoned Realtors who may be willing to help with open houses.

Met with the managing broker for the office, casual conversation lasted about 45 minutes. Brief review of sales incentive programs, fee structure, commission split, training programs, history of Ebby Halliday personally and the company.
