Interview
I was asked to come in for an interview on the same week I submitted my resume. I satrted that week, and was handed a handbook to study before returning for the second day of training. Although I started part-time, I was promoted within 6 months to full-time without much of an interview. It was very informal. I met the Leasing Director, the Owners, CFO, and the Controllers. It was a small office, with dogs and it was very cozy.

Interview
I emailed the rentals department a resume after being referred to this company from a friend. I was contacted quickly after. The interview happened over the phone. Very nice and conversational.
