I had a one to one interview with a manager. Where I was asked about experience and career goals. Then I had to do a soldering check where I was given a scrap board and some surface mount components to put on the board.

I had a walkthrough with a member of staff to show me the entire production floor. I then had a solder test where I had to solder components to a blank PCB. Finally I had a sit down interview with a supervisor where I was asked some questions. It was pretty straightforward.
