Interview
The process begins with a typical TA/Recruiter screening, then proceeds directly to the Hiring Manager, followed by a Panel of 3, concludes with Multiple Standardized Tests. The interviews are manageable, but the heavy emphasis on several out-dated tests is oppressive.
