Eclipse Advertising interview questions

Passed an email screen interview via a employee referral. I was told I would meet with HR and owner and instead met with a “head” of IT. Arrived on time, was made to wait in the out side of building for over 30 mins. When I was finally allowed in, the interviewer was unprepared, rude and had not even read my resume. Was asked only a few basic IT questions and was rushed out. Felt very staged and a waist of complete time. Was a fake interview for a job that was already filled just to satisfy a policy.

Cordial, inviting and promised many things in exchange for bringing clientele and promising more from my previous employer. In other words to get as many clients to follow me. I learned from others who either work there or have worked there that most of the promises are denied and denied that they were ever made. So, get it in writing.
