EcoRing interview questions

Went for a first round early 2025 and got an offer when interviewed by a male staff. However, I couldn’t commit due to a sudden change of lifestyle relating to a family member, so I had to decline. Went to re-interview about 3 months later, was greeted with snickering by 2 staff - 1 male and 1 female (not the same as my first interviewer). She the led me to their second store at Far East Plaza, gave me a judgemental look, and had no interest in what I had to say throughout the entire interview. I asked them for a follow up about a week after the interview. It’s been 4 months and there has been no follow up so far. Luckily, I managed to secure a job with better incentives and colleagues who respected my time and me as an individual. I’m truly appalled at their staff’s attitude. Glad I didn’t start working there, who knows what I could have been subjected to.

Informal, fast and straightforward, they are looking for a long-term commitment of at least 3 months, but each shift is only 3 hours long. It was one to one interview in their store in the Far East Plaza. The interviewer listed expectations.
