The interview was the organization generally wanting to know my motivations for seeking to join them. They also wanted to know my previous experience of volunteering and interest in environmental challenges we face today

Applied for the job and had the interview a week and half later. Interview process was pretty straight forward, with questions on experience of public speaking and managing databases and environmental interests.
