You're taken into a conference room with about a dozen people. Many of these people have nothing to do with the job you're applying for and you'll never see them again. It's a free-for-all with no strategy as they bombard you with random questions. Prepare to walk away thinking, "What the hell was that?"

1 hour-ish on-site interview with QA Lead Tester and QA Manager after being contacted by HR. Interviewers sit you in a conference room and ask various questions about gaming experience, testing experience, QA experience, and test basic observational skills.
