There was a group exercise followed by a round of individual questions - anything from "why this position/organisation/why you" to a hypothetical situation requiring prioritisation and teamwork. Single questions were standard job interview questions.

I was given a link to follow to answer questions virtually. The process was fairly easy and I was given two takes to answer each question. I also had the opportunity to read the questions prior to recording.
