Initial conversation was very relaxed and casual. Coding challenge had three parts + two bonuses. Challenge was to fix a minor bug + write tests + add pagination. Technical challenge was with two developers where they asked you to add onto the coding challenge by implementing auth. Only con was their lack of follow up.
