The TDP program allows new grad hires to rotate through different teams and even try non-technical roles if desired. The process began with conversations at a career fair and a resume screen. Then, I had one 45 minute in-person interview on campus. The interview was very behavioral. You had to speak to technical experiences, but not necessarily demonstrate any technical or problem-solving skills. I was not invited to the final round, which is an on-site in Irvine.
