There was no interview... Just have to take the ASVAB test to determine your competency. After you take the test make sure you get a list of jobs that you meet the requirment for, and discuss your options with your recruiter. My recruited guaranteed me my job. Some of my Airmen got screwed over and got slotted into whatever they needed them to do since they weren't specific with their recruiter.
