Easy simple quick 3 rounds of interviews all from very nice people from around the country. They get back with you quickly Eide Bailey is good good good good good
It was very relaxed with mostly behavioral questions. They asked enough to understand what I knew about tax and accounting and what my future CPA plans were. They wanted graduation date and classes already taken.

Interview
The process was swift. The basic questions and nothing tricky. Definitely characteristic based and more of interviewing to join a family than a corporation. The managers that were involved were kind, very knowledgeable and supportive. Accepting and scheduling the interview was more the interviewee’s control which I loved. Overall, a swift and effective approach and process.
