From my experience, the hiring process included an online application, an interview, informal lunches to meet people that you would be working with, and then waiting for their response and if everything goes well you will receive and accept their offer.

Could you explain some of your previous experience for me?
Very simple two part interview with multiple partners & managers. You will be asked about simple behavioral questions and about their core values. Overall, a very great and easy experience.

Interview
Applied online and received an email to interview. Went to the office and had an interview with two managers. After the interview I was given an office tour by one of the staff and got to meet everyone in the firm.
