Started with a 1 hour "informational session," then a 30 minute video interview. After that I was invited to their Minneapolis office for an in-person interview which lasted about 2.5 hours. None of the interviewers wore masks and seemed to be completely unconcerned about Covid, which made me uncomfortable but I felt like I couldn't say anything (it was bizarre just that they would want to do an in person interview during covid anyways). After that, I had a 45 minute call with the regional manager.
