Interview
Relax and conversational type interview. Had online interview first and invited to office for second round. It was pretty quick, had respond within one week after interview. Some behavior questions, but most of questions are about me. Trying to know if I am a good fit with team and firm.

Interview
Had an on-campus interview with a tax manager and got an invitation for an in-office interview the very next day. The in-office interview consisted of 3 back to back interviews with a senior, associate, and another tax manager. After the interview, I was taken out for coffee by 2 associates.
HR said they would get back to me within 1-2 weeks after the interview; however, they later emailed a week later saying 2-3 weeks. By then I already had an offer from another firm and told them to tell me Yes or No by a week.

Interview
I met one of the audit partners at a event held by my school and connected with him on LinkedIn. He then forwarded me to a HR Manager who set up an interview with a partner. The process was sloppy and even the interviewer was changed at minute.
