I had a total of 4 interviews across several weeks, including two conversations with Group Managers, and a one hour case study. I invested a considerable amount of time to prepare, especially for the case studies.
I've then had to follow up repeatedly with the recruitment team for over 4 months after my last interview, with iffy responses, and still have not been given a final outcome. I've been told that they aren't sure what consultant they need, whilst I note they are still advertising for the same role again.
In my view this is an appalling way to treat candidates, and the recruitment process needs a thorough rethink.
I've heard very similar feedback from many other former colleagues, so I can't recommend applying for a role at Elabor8. It begs asking the question, if this is how they treat potential new employees, how are you treated once you are employed?
