Electric Pump interview questions

Before even interviewing with Electric Pump I was required to provide reams of Confidential/Sensitive information via email. This is a highly questionable practice and I will never provide this Confidential/Sensitive information again to an employer, especially via email, or even prior to a face to face interview. I did not get a job offer, what I want to know is: 1) How is my Confidential info being handled? 2) Is it being stored, God Forbid in a filing cabinet or on an Admin's computer? 3) The Admin could leave tomorrow along with my confidential information.
